What can you do to prevent excessive sweating on your face?

A family member of mine sweats tremendously on her face. She often walks around with a towel and people always ask if “She’s Okay”. She has no apparent health problems. Any suggestions on how she can stop the sweating or at less calm it? Anyone with the same problem? Thanks in advance!

She may actually want to get her thyroid checked. Overactive thyroids cause excessive sweating. If hers is overactive it could be causing her to sweat a lot. They will be able to give her medicine to make it a normal level if this is the problem.

I think Melissa’s answer is worth looking into.
My suggestion is that she might be wearing excessive moisturizers, body creams, powder etc and there is no way for the pores to sweat naturally so it pushes all activity to the face.
But get the thyroid checked out.
